Functional Strength Training.

Our Functional Strength class focuses on building and developing strength through movement patterns used in everyday life. This type of training incorporates compound lifts, free weights, gymnastic movements, and aerobic conditioning. It’s a full-body approach to fitness that helps improve overall strength, tone, and endurance—beneficial for everyone. The goal is to help you build real, usable strength, feel good, and be better prepared for the physical demands of daily life.
Mums & Bubs.

At The Base, we know walking into a gym, especially for the first time or after becoming a mum, can feel intimidating. That’s why we’ve created a space just for you. Whether you’re navigating the chaos of motherhood or simply looking to train alongside strong, like-minded women, our Mums and Bubs classes are built to lift you up - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Bring the kids or come solo. This hour is yours. A time to move, sweat, and put yourself first without guilt. ​​
Engine.

Our ENGINE class is a blend of short and long interval training, combined with steady-state aerobic workto help build a strong endurance base. These hybrid workouts are designed to boost your stamina andcardiovascular fitness while preserving muscle and keeping your metabolism firing. You'll experience amix of aerobic conditioning and resistance-based training for a well-rounded, high-performance session
All About Saturdays.

All out Saturdays is where competition fuels connection. These high-energy, partner-based sessions
combine strength and conditioning in team formats that push everyone to perform at their best. You’ll
work together, challenge each other, and bring the heat—all while lifting one another up. Come ready
to go all out with a positive attitude and with our signature Base energy. It’s not just a workout—it’s a
team effort.
